Among the key winners, an Austrian development is transforming elderly care by using AI-driven conversation and storytelling to enhance mental health. In London, a dance troupe is breaking new ground, combining biometric suits and AI to explore the creative limits of music and movement. In Taiwan, refined AI applications are revolutionizing transportation systems, creating a more efficient and interconnected network.

Enhanced AI Care for the Elderly; "Emilia" is an innovative AI system designed to support elderly individuals living alone, offering a compassionate and intelligent companion. Emilia engages in meaningful conversations by listening attentively to the elderly person’s stories, memories, and experiences, allowing it to discuss the individual's personal history, career, and family in a relatable manner. Beyond conversation, Emilia is integrated with the home's electrical system, enabling it to monitor daily activities subtly—like when the kettle is used or how often the fridge is opened—without relying on invasive video surveillance.

In the heart of Camden Town, one of London's most vibrant creative districts, a new experimental dance studio is pushing the boundaries of artistic expression. This innovative space has become a focal point for a groundbreaking project that merges human-centered AI with the raw, emotional power of contemporary dance.


At the core of this project, AI thematic choreography, which is a unique interplay between AI-generated compositions and the live choreography of dancers. As the performers move, the AI responds in real-time, creating an interactive dialogue where both humans and machines influence each other. This dynamic exchange not only enhances the creativity of the dancers but also allows the AI to learn and evolve with each performance, resulting in a constantly shifting and unpredictable experience.

The CityGPT Electric Bus Wizard is a major step forward for smart city public transportation. By integrating advanced AI and sleek design, it offers a top-tier user experience and efficient urban management. CityGPT, a generative AI, analyzes and visualizes data on pedestrian traffic, vehicle movements, and road conditions, making it vital for smart city infrastructure.


The Taiwanese design team focused on clear communication and readability for the users and at the same time, reduced the carbon footprint. Its modular approach enhances regulatory efficiency and helps the transport decision-makers understand data through intuitive visuals. This innovation not only improves urban services but also supports the city's journey towards net-zero emissions, underscoring a commitment to sustainability.
